Pamela Dow, CSCP, has more than 35 years of experience in supply chain, operations, logistics and planning for automotive original equipment manufacturers and aftermarket customers. She is former vice president, global supply chain planning, analytics, and technology, for Tenneco. Prior to joining Tenneco, Dow spent more than 18 years at Johnson Controls International, serving in progressively senior supply chain roles. Her key focuses included leading teams dedicated to customer satisfaction through supply chain excellence, process improvement and technology enablement. She holds a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management from Michigan State and an MBA in finance and operations management from Wayne State University.

Paul Pittman, Ph.D., CPIM-F, CSCP, is a professor at Indiana University Southeast, where he teaches supply chain and operations management. He also has an extensive consulting career working with firms around the world in executive leadership development and decision-making, as well as supply chain management and process improvement. Pittman has led and served on several ASCM committees and councils as well as presented at numerous at North American and international events. He has published articles in numerous publications, including ASCM’s SCM Now magazine, and is a coeditor of the ASCM Dictionary. Pittman is a graduate of the Terry School of Business at the University of Georgia.

Olive Sikem Ngah, CPIM, CSCP, SCOR-P, is the Asia Pacific customer service leader for DuPont’s Electronics and Industrial Division. She has 20+ years of diverse international operations, and supply chain management experience and has held progressive roles at DuPont and Johnson and Johnson (now Noramco). Ngah has a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Howard University and is pursuing an Executive MBA at INSEAD, with an expected graduation in January 2024. She has various supply chain certifications and is Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified.

In addition, Augustine oversees 6 warehouses across the United States with approximately $150 million in average in inventory. She is a dynamic supply chain leader and has spent more than 20 years in both the industry and as a consultant.

Barnhart has been recognized as one of the top women in supply chain by Supply and Demand Chain Executive several times. Abe Eshkenazi, CSCP, CPA, CAE is chief executive officer at ASCM, the largest organization for supply chain and the global pacesetter of organizational transformation, talent development and supply chain innovation. During his tenure, ASCM has significantly expanded its services to corporations, individuals and communities; its revenue has more than doubled; and three mergers were completed in response to heightened industry awareness and the vast and ongoing global impact of supply chains. Previously, Eshkenazi was managing director of the Operations Consulting Group of American Express Tax and Business Services. Eshkenazi holds a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University, Kellogg Graduate School of Management; a Master of Business Administration from DePaul University; and a bachelor’s degree in business from Northeastern Illinois University.

The author of "Supply Chain Excellence: A Handbook for Dramatic Improvement Using the SCOR Model," Bolstorff has more than 25 years of experience in supply chain and operations management. Prior to joining ASCM, he was the founding principal of SCE Limited, a consulting firm focused on providing supply chain program management and SCOR-based education. He also held supply chain and operations management leadership roles at Pragmatek Consulting Group, Imation and 3M. Bolstorff has a master’s degree in industrial education from the University of Minnesota and a bachelor’s degree in mathematics, education and psychology from St. Olaf College. He is a SCOR-certified instructor and is certified in six sigma.

He specializes in transformations based on the Supply Chain Operations Reference Digital Standard (SCOR-DS), supply chain strategy and segmentation, supply chain planning, enterprise risk optimization and supply chain visibility. During her tenure at ASCM, Sallstrom has led several strategic initiatives, including the migration of worldwide exam delivery to online testing, a restructure of both the professional and corporate membership business models, the creation of a new educational product portfolio, and conducted the strategy for certification product integration through two corporate mergers. Sallstrom holds a master’s degree in computer science from Illinois Institute of Technology and a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Valparaiso University.

Chris Carrier is vice president of technology at ASCM, which involves overseeing information technology (IT) activities, as well as developing and executing customer-focused internet solutions and strategic business plans. With extensive experience in web design and development, Carrier began his work at ASCM by designing, coding and implementing the organization website and microsites, eventually moving into project and technology management. During his tenure, the IT team has doubled in size and continues to expand to facilitate increasing digital needs. Gina DeCiani, J.D., is ASCM’s general counsel and vice president of human resources. During her tenure, she has revamped and revitalized the human resources function; led the implementation of new human resources information, performance management and contract life cycle management systems; developed succession plans; and conducted compensation studies. In 2016, she spearheaded the organization’s effort to obtain its first certification as a Great Place to Work, which has been maintained since that time. In 2020, DeCiani took over the role of interim general counsel and assumed the role officially the following year. She is coauthor of several texts about professional ethics, including “Legal Ethics for Nonlawyers” and “The Law Office.” She holds a bachelor's in business administration from the University of Illinois - Urbana-Champaign and a masters in writing for children and young adults from Hamline University.

Gabriela Welch is vice president of certification and standards at ASCM, where she develops and directs the strategies, tactics and activities associated with the successful execution of domestic and international credential programs, including courseware, exam development and operations. She has established department quality measurements, oversees the operational details of integration from mergers and acquisitions, and drives ongoing process improvement. Prior to her current role, Welch was director of credentialing services at the Center for Credentialing and Education and served in the United States Navy as an aviation electronics technician. She holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of North Carolina – Greensboro and a master’s degree in public administration in nonprofit management and leadership from Walden University.
